Executive Coaching
We offer skills-based coaching. We work 1×1 with your managers to help them work on specific areas of strength and areas for improvement. You tell us the areas that you want to work on and we will help those managers to develop skills in those areas to improve leadership performance. We help you develop the leadership and business acumen muscles you need – and serve as an accountability partner to help you work systematically towards your goals.
We are friendly, pragmatic, and common-sense oriented. Our team knows when to ask questions and how to listen. We know when to push, ask the tough questions, and when to offer advice. We work with you so that you can achieve your goals!
Put simply, we work with you to get the results you want. Our Executive Coaches are “Certified Leadership Coaches” (CLC) through the Certified Coaches Federation in Canada. We have undergone intensive training and apply our vast leadership experiences to help you grow.

Meeting and Conference Facilitators
We can help you organize your next employee conference including speaker identification, speaker management, and conference project management. We do the heavy lifting so that you can focus on business priorities – and enjoy your own conference! We draft speaker introductions, ensured speaker contracts are signed and executed, go on-site to manage speaker details and optimal conference experience.
Also, we can facilitate your strategic planning retreats, board retreats, and employee focus groups. Our facilitator methodology elicits feedback from participants about “what is really going on” and to present you with recommendations from the meeting/conference.
